

Unless I'm missing something, the other two don't have this ability and you have to create a project and then delete the Inbox item.Ībility to sync with my calendar. I like that with OmniFocus, I can just make that idea a project directly. Sometimes I have an idea that is actually a project put into my Inbox. I like being able to promote/demote items to projects/tasks. I love that OmniFocus and Todoist have this. I have an iPhone and iPad, but my computer is Windows based. I need to be able to input/manage things on a PC. I really don't want to keep track of multiple. So far, they all seem to have things I like and don't like, so I'm wondering if someone can maybe see what I think and offer a suggestion to get the best out of ONE app. I started with OmniFocus, then grabbed Todoist, then figured I'd try Things. I recently discovered the GTD world and immediately dove in to trying to find the perfect app for it.
